First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
My first day impression was good as when I reached the office I was asked to meet Mathur Sir, who was there in his chamber. I had a formal introduction with him and after that he gave me a case file to read and I was asked to make a brief analysis of that case.
The infrastructure of the office is good enough. There is separate space provided for interns in the office. We had an easy access to the library and mentors for guidance.
Main tasks
The main tasks at the internship included case study. On the basis of the cases studied we were asked to prepare a case analysis and had to research for probable arguments.
As RB Sir mainly deals in the taxation matter so we were provided different tax matter files of various renowned firms and clients. Later on we had to prepare report or brief of the file that we have read.
Work environment and people
The office had a very amicable reception. Seniors interns as well as associates were always ready to help the interns. The environment of the office was very friendly and supportive.
There was proper guidance provided to the interns. Interaction with Mr. Mathur was possible at all hours.
Best things
The best thing that I found about the internship was that Sincerity and not seriousness was the motto.
The seniors were very friendly and supportive and had provided us proper guidance. Not only they helped us in the matters and affairs related to the internship only but were also ready to help in matters other than internship tasks like moots etc.
Bad things
Nothing in this internship I felt as a bad thing.

Biggest Lessons
The biggest lesson that I learnt from this internship is that research is the key to win any case.
Perfection may not be as important as persistence. In depth knowledge of subject is must.
Accommodation
No accommodation was needed as I am a resident of Jaipur only.
Office Timings
There were flexible timings. We used to go in the evenings for 4-5 hours since the internship was done during running college.
