Duration of internship was 1 month from 1st July to 31st July 2014.
First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
I was asked to report to the office of the firm situated at Panchsheel enclave on the first day along with a hard copy of my CV and a copy of the college ID card. The office was pretty good.
It was one of the offices of the firm as the firm has offices all over India. I was under the guidance of Adv Aditya Parolia who is partner of the firm and deals with corporate cases.
Main tasks
The main tasks were doing research work on the cases assigned to me and accompanying the firm partners in various court proceedings.
Work environment and people
The work environment was very positive and good. Sir (Adv Aditya Parolia) is a very nice person and taught me new things everyday.
The associates of the firm are also very friendly and helping.
Best things
The best thing was getting to learn more about corporate laws and dealing with corporate cases.
I learned a lot as to how to research faster and in a smarter manner.
Bad things
The only one bad thing was the distance I had travel everyday to reach the office but it was worth it as i got an amazing experience.

The biggest lesson was learning about new changes in corporate laws in recent times and getting a chance to research more elaborately on various financial cum legal issues.
