First Impression, First Day Formalities, Infrastructure?
It was my first internship, so it’s a really non-comparative impression. Really structured and laid down procedure for everyone including interns.
We were supposed to dressed in strictly formals. Infrastructure is superb. State of the art. 3 floor high-tech office laid down in a corporate structure.
Main Tasks of your Internship
I began with menial researching on case laws, judgements, recent bills passed etc. I soon moved on to framing guidelines for manufacturers, industrial laws, food manufacturing legalities, researching on cases etc.
Towards the last days of my internship, I assisted an Associate to the District Court, a couple of times.
Work environment and People
Amazing people! Nobody around has a whiff of arrogance. Really helpful associates. And they don’t just give menial office work, even to young interns.
You’ll hit it well if you show value!!
Best Things
Location, office ambience, infrastructure, office timings and ‘no-taking-work-home’ regulations.
Also, the associates regularly interact with you in a friendly manner. A really amazing learning experience.

If you’re an outsider, you’ll find many accommodations in and around Law College road and Prabhat Road. Some nice food joints around the office. It’s a pretty leafy area, calm and serene.
