The office was just above the SI chambers, which made it very feasible for the team to take subordinates help. We were asked to maintain a formal attire while office hours.
Main tasks
Research outfield, report writing, submission of daily coverage areas involving surveys and interviews, juvenile justice and child welfare committee visits.
Work environment and people
Team of 9 members excluding off and on field interns.
Work environment constituted both field and office work. Besides at some times we might as well had to go to pick up children or save from street or home abuse
Best things
The work dedication and prolific character of team in their respective areas.
Bad things
Report writing and handling fake calls was sort of cumbersome and not right.

Biggest Lessons
Had a great time experiencing the inadequacies in our governing system of laws dealing with children and women. Hoping a change as a lesson learned and being taught.
Any Other Thing
Talk with important people in the field and usual visits to the courts and juvenile homes.
