First Impression, First Day Formalities, Infrastructure
The elegant Mumbai office is located in the ‘The Capital’, Bandra Kurla Complex- one of the posh locations of Mumbai.
I was introduced to all the people and was assigned a computer-work-desk.
Main Tasks
During my course of internship, I was assigned with exclusive research work and asked to make notes on matters pertaining to Companies Act and research on other corporate matters and SEBI Regulations.
I was given a topic and was asked to write an article which I had to submit by the end of the internship.
Work environment and people
The work environment was quiet professional and the associates were approachable.
The infrastructure of the office.
Research in Corporate and Commercial Laws which helped me gain insights of the subjects.
Evening snacks are provided by the firm and there is unlimited supply of tea and coffee throughout the day.
Bad things
Conveyance, is a bit bad specially if you dont have your own vehicle and for outstation students food might be an issue if you dont carry your own lunch because street vendors are not allowed in BKC.
