All the people there were so helpful and all the junior advocate were so friendly even now I am in touch with them. I visited the High court with Advocate Suvasis Pattanaik and get to know every procedures before filing a case, saw the arguments in court room, get to know much more about the laws.
Main tasks
Read the cases and briefs. Got to understand the legislations involved in the case.
There were junior advocates working for sir. They teach me and tell me about the different law and the reasoning behind the argument they are presenting. They ask me my understanding for the case.
I have learnt how to file a case and appeal in a court
Work environment and people
People were helpful and friendly. I was required to go with his Juniors Avinash Bhai and soumya bhai to different departments and see how and what works are placed in the respective departments. I use to roam around the whole court in leisure time with them and come back to the chamber after work gets over in court and start preparing for the next day with Advocate Suvasis Pattanaik Sir.
Best things
And after spending some around 30 days with the lawyers I came to know that lawyers take up responsibilities from other and deal with them as there own problem. Life of the Lawyers n Courts are totally different. I will pratise in the court after my law graduation.
