Duration of the internship will be 4 weeks.
Holidays – Every Saturday & Sunday
Timings are from 9:30 – 4:30.
Reach the court at least 15 minutes prior to the time of the hearing of the case.
Experience of Working
It doesn’t matter in which year, the intern, is studying. Interns would be treated as lawyers and would be given a lot of work.
Main tasks
Research on the provisions which various companies and cases, experience to make affidavits, claim petitions, execution petition, awards, and appeals in trial court.
Case Studies such as criminal, civil, divorce, maintenance, domestic violence, adultery, attempt to murder.
Work environment, people
The other interns and work staff will be very friendly. As Mr. Partap Singh is Chairman Executive Committee of Bar Council (Punjab and Haryana), frequently going to Bar Council and learning about the court craft will be a great opportunity.
