Application Process
No such process to apply rather just had to approach the lawyer and convince him to take you as his intern.
Duration of internship and timings
June, 2015
First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
On the first day, I had been to the chamber of the lawyer there I was asked go through the files which he had to appear on the very next day in the court.
Main tasks
Main task was to go to the chamber of the Advocate every evening and take dictation from him about some cases and mandatory was to read the case file which had a hearing the next day, and even accompany the lawyer everyday to the court.
Work environment and people
Working environment was nice, the Advocate was of mid age and was very friendly and even helped in case I couldn’t understand anything.
Best things
Friendly atmosphere being provided to the intern which encouraged me to regularly go to the chamber.
Bad things
The friendly atmosphere provided made me comfortable enough during the period of internship so couldn’t find any difficulties.
Stipend
No
Biggest Lessons
The lesson that I learnt that before every case a lawyer even has to study like a student dose before his exams.
