Unitedworld School of Law is a constituent institute of Karnavati University established under the umbrella legislation of Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2017. The University and its programmes are recognized by the Bar Council of India (BCI).

About the course
One Credit Course On “Common Law vs. Chinese Law: Focus On Invisible Factors & Contexts That Are Relevant To Legal Practice” shall be taken by Dr. (Capt.) Vivek Jain from February 24 to 25, 2020. Dr. (Capt.) Vivek Jain has qualified as a barrister in England & Wales in 2003.
His academic qualifications: B.sc. (N.sc.)( India), LLB( Hon.) and LL.M (Maritime Law) from London, MBA from Norway and PhD in International Law China. Dr. (Capt.) Vivek Jain has qualified as a Barrister in England & Wales in 2003.

The Course is open for the students pursuing a bachelor or above degree courses/Professionals/Research Scholars etc.
