Application Process
I applied for an internship via the Committee on Recruitment Affairs of the University, the process was facilitated by my University.
Duration of Internship and Timings
The internship was of 1 month duration from June 5, 2017 – July 7, 2017.
First Impression, First Day Formalities, Infrastructure
Was introduced to everyone at the firm, informed about my timings and was assigned work on my first day. The first impression was good. The office is located in Bandra Kurla Complex and has good infrastructure.
Main Tasks
Was assigned research work from time to time.
I also had to prepare four research memorandums on specified topics of law.
Work environment and People
The work environment was very positive, and the associates always ensured that adequate help was given for any research task assigned.
Best Things
Good work environment coupled with a varied body of work resulted in an enriching experience.

Biggest Lessons
I learnt a great deal about various aspects of law which broadened my horizons of legal research and understanding.
Accommodation
I stayed in Worli, however many hostels and PGs are available in Bandra.
