Organisation
Advocate Sandeep Luhadia, Jaipur
Application Process
Advocate Sandeep Luhadia is a fraternity member in the legal field who doesn’t usually take interns. One can be fortunate enough to work under him if he/she can personally contact him, like I did when I met him in the High Court. His Contact No. is +91-9829210031.
Duration
15th February, 2015 to 18th March, 2015
First Day
The office is well-built in a spacious flat with easy access, being in Sodala Area, Jaipur.
There were no formalities as sir takes no interns. I was shown my table on first day and I was given files for briefing.
Main tasks
The main task under this internship was related to criminal issues. I was supposed to handle files, scrutinize them, and research upon various such cases.
Environment
Since Sir does not share his office with any other junior, the ambience and environment there is very peaceful though one can find his less talkative nature a bit awkward at times.
Best things
The best thing about the work culture followed by Sir Luhadia is that he allows you to share his space with his clients.
This kind of listening helps in gaining a lot of experience about client-solicitation.
Bad things
Even though being flexible in assigning internship hours, Sir is very strict about punctuality.
Stipend
No
Biggest Lessons
The biggest thing I learnt here was the words by Mr. Luhadia, who said that whether or not your office is surging with work, one needs to give a regular sitting to keep things managed.
{S}: Internship experiences marked with this symbol are shorter than we’d like them to be, but still contain enough useful information to be published.
