First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure

I found that advocate quite strict about the work and than first day he asked me what have I studied in the college since now.

He is very knowledgeable and the office was very big and lots of book where there.

Main tasks

The main task was in the morning I have to go to court with him and there I have to observe the proceedings of his cases and jot down the key points that I found relevant.

In the evening I have to read the cases and have to writ the draft of the case as he dictate.

I have read the case of Ford company in Pune and the case was of a Consumer Forum where the party has purchased the car and which has a technical problem since it was purchased and party was asking for the compensation from them.

Work environment and people

Working was very pleasant as sir took all the pain to make me understand the working.

As I was the only intern at that time.

Best things

The best thing I observed was that there I was the only student so the whole attention was upon me only and he tried the explain every thing to e to his great extent.

Bad things

I found noting bad in whole of by internship but one thing in the morning timing was quite hectic.

Each and Every time you will lean some thing from the people and interacting with people in this profession is important to learn and learning will never end.

Accommodation

As I live in Allahabad so I stayed at my home only.

Office Timings

In morning I have to go to the court with him and than in the evening 6:00.

I had to report to his chamber till 8:00.
