Mr. Mohan Jain, Senior Advocate practices majorly in the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and has both civil and criminal cases.
Nature of internship:
Full time
Nature of duties of interns, inter alia, will include:
- Conferences, assistance and appearances before Supreme Court, High Court and Tribunals;
- Legal research and preparing Briefs/ Case notes;
- Drafting SLPs, Writ Petitions, Suits, Counters etc. before Supreme Court, High Court and Tribunals in Delhi;
- Supervise filing of cases before Supreme Court, High Court and Tribunals.
Location: New Friends Colony, New Delhi, India.
Who can apply: 3rd-5th-year law students.
Stipend: none
Duration of internship: one month
