Competition Commission of India is a statutory body of the Government of India responsible for enforcing The Competition Act, 2002 throughout India and to prevent activities that have an appreciable adverse effect on competition in India.

Job description
1 post of Deputy Director (Law).
Eligibility
Officers from the All India Services/Central Civil Services Group ‘A’/Indian Law Service/Indian Company Law Service /Autonomous Organisations/Regulatory Authorities/Universities/Academic/Research/Judicial Institutions etc.
Having a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognised university and working in analogous post/grade or five years of service in the Grade pay of Rs. 8600/- or equivalent.
Desirable: Experience in Competition Law.
Salary
Rs. 78800- 209200/-
