Main tasks
My tasks mainly involved researching on various case laws pertaining to the cases taken up by Sir. I also drafted para wise reply to written statements, rejoinders, etc. In addition to these, there were many Court visits and attending conferences with other lawyers.
Best things
I think the most memorable moment for me was when I went to Rohini Court all by myself (he had two other matters at Saket Court and the Supreme Court on that very same day) and had given a replication order to the Judge and the Opposite Counsel.
Bad things
None, whatsoever.
Stipend
Rs. 4000/-
It was supposed to be an unpaid internship. Hence, it was very generous of Sir to have given me a stipend. Covered up all my OLA rides fares.
Accommodation
I stayed in a PG in Lajpat Nagar, which I wouldn’t really recommend, however you can find many PGs in and around Greater Kailash.
