Call for Papers: School of Law, Christ Univeristy 8th National Conference [Sep 11-12]: Submit Abstract by August 10

The Preamble of our Constitution echoes the words “Justice – Social, Economic and Political”, indicating that access to justice would be a cardinal principle guiding our legal system.

In this backdrop, School of Law, National Conference, a flagship event of the Decennial Celebration of SLCU, focuses on the theme “Bar, Bench and the Constitution of India”.

We invite research papers on the various facets of this core concept in light of the following sub-themes:

1. Bar, Bench and Access to Justice.
2. Advocates Act and Professional Ethics.
3. Judicial conduct and accountability.
4. Judicial crusade and the Indian Constitution.

SUBMISSION DETAILS

All submissions for the conference have to be electronically mailed with the Subject Column as “Submission of Abstract/ Submission of Full Paper”, as the case may be and bearing the names(s) of the authors(s) as the file names, only at the following address:
