Duration of Internship and timings
1 month (19 May 2015 to 19 June 2015)
First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
On the first day, we were suppose to report at the City Civil Sessions Court in Ahmedabad at 10am sharp.
After that we were given brief for the matter which were listed on the board for hearing on that particular day so that we are well verse with the facts of the case.
After the court proceeding were over by 5 pm we were suppose to go to his chambers.
Main tasks
On daily basis we used to read briefs of all the matters listed on that particular date before the commencement of court proceedings.
We than attended various criminal trials including rape and murder. So major learning at his chamber was procedural.
Work environment and people
The environment was very good and friendly, Sir is very easily approachable and friendly even his juniors were friendly and easily approachable.
Best things
The best thing about the internship was the first hand learning of criminal trial.
Bad things
The only bad thing was there was no drafting work or research work given to interns.

Biggest Lessons
Interning at his chamber, I felt that being is lawyer is a tough job and it seriously need great amount of hard work.
Accommodation
My family resides in Ahmedabad, but those who do not belong to Ahmedabad stays in paying guest accommodation which is easy available at a price anywhere between 10,000 and 20,000.
