First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
I was been asked to report at 10 a.m. at the reception. Then i was asked to meet the HR at first who gave me the joining letter and made me sign confidentiality agreement and them accompanied me to the Legal Department.
Main tasks
I was mainly given research work on merger as the company was undergoing an merger.
Also I was been given to draft contracts and bidding documents.
Work environment and people
They usually don’t take a lot of interns at a time. I was the only intern working there at that time. The associates are too friendly and helpful. The work environment is excellent and they give quality work.

There was nothing bad about the internship.

Biggest Lessons
This was my first exposure in a company. I got to see how it is.
My experience was very good but I got to learn one thing that in these big corporate firms there is nothing called sitting idle. You will always be burdened with a lot of work all the time.
