The office isn’t a huge one, operating in just one floor.
First day isn’t much hectic. Just introduction to the staff and collecting idea about the working of the commission.
Main tasks
The main task there is to study the petitions filed and segregate them according to their problems and issues, and then site opinion on what remedies can be provided to them.
The petitions generally are on issues like torture, divorce, desertion, rape and cheating, etc.
Work environment and people
The work environment and the people working there are friendly and are quite flexible for the interns in order to provide them with a better learning experience.

Best thing about interning there is the practical knowledge you get about the issues of the society and ways to deal with them.
