The conference shall be held during 25th – 27th March 2016.
Model United Nation is an emulation of United Nations where students are allotted different committees and nations on a common platform to debate and discuss global issues in hope of concrete resolutions.
The participating delegates shall be part of an endeavour that fosters informed and active global citizens.
The committees and agendas are as follows:
1. International Press
2. Commission on the Status of Women ECOSOC (Economic and Social Committee) – “Impact of Sexual and Gender based Violence on Reproductive Health.”
3. Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) – “Deliberating on Seeding of Clubs for UEFA Champions League.”
4. United Nations Security Council – “Potential Military Situation in North Pole.”
5. Lok Sabha (All India People’s Party) – “Section 377 and the Question of Sexual Minorities”
