National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation (NHIDCL) is a fully owned company of the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, Government of India.
The company promotes, surveys, establishes, designs, builds, operates, maintains and upgrades National Highways and Strategic Roads including interconnecting roads in parts of the country which share international boundaries with neighbouring countries.
Job description
Young Legal Professionals
Location
National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited, PTI Building, 4 Parliament Street, Sansad Marg Area, New Delhi, Delhi 110001, India
Eligibility
- LLB Degree from National Law University/National Law Schools or other National Institutes of equal repute on the basis of their LLM CLAT scores.
- Experience in Legal matters on contractual matters/arbitration/legislative matters/land acquisition etc will be even given added weightage and preference.
Salary
- For fresh Law Graduates/National Law University/National Law School etc. with LLM CLAT Scores: Rs. 35,000 per month.
- For candidates with 1-2 years of experience: Rs. 55,000 per month.
- For candidates3-4 years of experience: Rs. 60,000 per month.

NHIDCL has engaged M/s Bedi & Bedi Associates for the supply of required manpower under a rate contract. The said M/s Bedi & Bedi Associates has issued an advertisement on their website here for the deployment of Young Professionals (Legal) at NHIDCL, HQ and its Regional Offices.
The prescribed eligibility criteria is enclosed at Annexure-I. Interested candidates fulfilling the prescribed eligibility criteria may submit their CVs to the agency through the email id: info.bedi[at]gmail.com or by post at the address mentioned below latest by 8th July 2019 by 5 PM.
The candidates may please note that they will be appointed by M/s Bedi & Bedi Associates and deployed in NHIDCL premises but shall be governed by the terms and conditions given in their offer letter to be issued by M/s Bedi & Bedi Associates. There shall be no employer-employee relationship between the YP(L) and NHIDCL.
