About the training program
MNLU Mumbai in collaboration with The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board (Board) of India proposes to conduct a one-day workshop on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 at Mumbai, the commercial capital of the country for the judges, lawyers, students, teachers & other professionals.

At the end of the programme, the participants would know Code 2016 & it’s working. They would also know the recent judgements and get a Participation Certificate jointly issued by Board (IBBI) & MNLU Mumbai
