It gives us immense happiness to inform you that Verdict 2015- The 4th Annual National IP Law Moot Court Competition organised jointly by Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law and Kshitij- the Annual Techno Management festival of IIT Kharagpur is being organised from 30 January 2015 to 01 February 2015.
This year’s problem is based on FRAND Commitments and Standard Essential Patents.
The Oral Rounds are open to eight teams only based on memorial selection.
The last date to send the memos is: 17 January 2015.
