About the Workshop
Are you grappling to pick up yourself to put your mind into something?
Do you go to bed with severe stress of work from home?
Do you find it hard to take time off?
Unlock the power of how to strike a balance to make quarantine productive without giving in to the hustle culture.
Unlock the ability to understand exhaustion, cynicism, inefficacy and burnouts.
Unlock the inner-self to emotionally regulate yourself.
It is understandable to do less in a day and still feel drained because of the overburdening idea of feeling unproductive. This workshop will help you understand the grey area that exists in being productive and being healthy. Unpacking Productivity, a scientifically designed workshop to just be, reflect within and tap your potential with us.
Nowadays we forget which day of the week it is and just keep carrying on with our work.
We thought of bringing in a mid-week Wednesday Wellness session on 29th April from 5-7 PM to help you pause and reflect about your emotional well-being.
