Post: Trade Marks Attorney
The firm is looking to hire one Trade Mark Attorney with experience in Intellectual Property.
Details of the job description include:
- Trademark/Copyright Search & sending legal opinion to the clients.
- Filling applications (National & International) for trademarks/ copyright.
- Drafting reply to office actions.
- Preparation, maintenance and updating the IP portfolio.
- Filing opposition/ objections raised on the applications.
- Filing of evidence in support of Notice of Opposition/Counter-Statement.
- Visiting government offices in relation with trademark/ copyright filings, attending show cause hearings at Trade Mark Registry & IPAB.
- Taking necessary actions against misuse, infringement of trademarks and sending cease & desist notice to the infringer & enforcing the Clients’ trademarks.
- Liaisoning with the Indian and & Foreign attorneys.
