About the organizer
Progressive Education Society’s Modern Law College, Pune was established in the year 1934, and aptly named ‘Progressive Education Society’, the Society has taken long strides in the modernization of education. Social service through dynamic education has been the time-honoured credo of the Progressive Education Society since its inception.
The P.E. Society’s Modern Law College was established in the year 2003 through a dynamic vision of Prof. Dr. Gajanan R. Ekbote, Chairman, P. E. Society, Pune 05.
Call for papers
In the endeavour to enhance legal skills and augment knowledge of the law, they are inviting manuscript for Volume 3, Issue 1 of The 19 (1) (a) Peer Reviewed Half Yearly Law Journal bearing ISSN: 2348-4950.
The Modern Law College, Pune invites research articles in the area of ‘Law’ from Researchers, Students, Academicians, Fellows, Experts, Practitioners, Executives, Representatives from NGO and other relevant stakeholders.
Publication
Selected papers (after evaluation by a team of Peers) will be published in the Peer-Reviewed Journal (with ISSN number 2348-4950).

- Title: Size 14, Times New Roman Content: Size 12, Times New Roman, 2000 to 2500 words
- Citation: SILC Footnoting System Line spacing 1.5
- Papers by Co-authors will not be allowed.
Deadlines
Last date for Submission of Full Paper: 15th August 2019.

Fees
- Students: Rs. 500
- PhD Scholars and Others: Rs. 1000
- Payment shall be made only by DD drawn in favour of “Principal, Modern Law College, Pune, 16.”
