About the University and Moot
School of Law, University of Mumbai, Thane sub-campus is organising the first State Level Moot Court Competition, 2020 which will be held on 28th of March 2020. The competition will be held at Mumbai University’s Thane campus.
Eligibility
The participants will get an opportunity to research and argue on the development of jurisprudence in front of a panel comprising of highly distinguished and competent judges.
Only one team can register from one institution/college. Members of the team must be undergraduate students, either pursuing a 5-year integrated course or a regular 3-year post-graduation course from a recognised university.
Note: SUBMISSION DATE FOR HARD COPY OF MEMORANDUM IS 26TH MARCH 2020.
Team size and other information
Each team will consist of a total of two members, both of them designated as speakers.

Registration Process
Teams will be required to produce a ‘No Objection Certificate/Letter from their respective colleges with the seal and signature of the head of the Institution and attach a scanned copy of the same with below mentioned registration form to confirm their registration. The Payment Modes are elaborated in the brochure.
