The seminar is another endeavour of NCLTBA to create a platform for meaningful interaction between members of the Bar and Bench, to share their views, concerns and suggestions on this extremely important topic and chart- out a future course of action for making optimum utilisation of the newly created institution of National Company Law Tribunals and its Appellate Authority i.e. National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and as an Adjudicating Authority and Appellate Tribunal under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
The Inaugural session will be graciously presided by Hon’ble Judge Supreme Court of India along with Hon’ble Justice Shri S.J. Mukhopadhaya, Chairperson NCLAT and Former Judge, Supreme Court of India and Hon’ble Justice Shri M M Kumar, President NCLT and Former Chief Justice, J&K, High Court.
The Technical Sessions will be addressed by Hon’ble Members of NCLAT, NCLT, Senior Advocates, Advocates and other legal luminaires on the subjects.
