Sapphire & Sage Law Offices, an associate firm to Legal Ally, is a young multi-specialty law firm based in Gurgaon with both litigation and corporate teams.

We are seeking to hire Associates/ Trainees and interns for a period of 3 months for the following practices:

1. Litigation
2. Corporate and Transaction
3. Legal Advice and Counseling

The candidates must have a superior knowledge of the law, desire to grow with a strong commitment to client service, the ability to work efficiently to the satisfaction of the clients, communication and drafting skills that inspire the confidence of our clients, a willingness to generate publications and speak in public to help our clients and stay on top of workplace developments.

Among other things, the candidate must have knowledge of:

1. Legal draft of suits/complaints
2. Drafting and vetting of contracts and other documents
3. Research
4. Due diligence
5. Drafting of opinion and legal notices
