Applications are invited for the following research positions under the Centre for Regulatory Studies, Governance and Public Policy at NUJS, Kolkata.

A. Research Fellows:

2 having Public administration background.

1 having academic background.

Essential Qualifications:

Twenty years of hands on experience in the field of governance, public policy making and public administration

OR

Ph.D. Degree and Twenty years of teaching experience in the University system in the field of regulatory studies, governance, public policy and associated subjects.

Tenure: 2 years (extendable to 3 years)

Emolument: Consolidated sum of Rs.1,00,000/- per month

B. Research Associates:

2 having legal background; and

1 having public administration background.

Essential Qualifications:

LL.M., Ph.D. or LL.M. with UGC NET qualification

OR

Master’s degree with Ph.D or Master’s Degree with UGC NET qualification in a public administration related area

Desired Qualification:

1. Teaching/research experience
2. Researc Publications

Tenure: 2 years (extendable to 3 years)

Emolument: Consolidated sum of Rs.50,000/- per month

C. Research Assistants

3 having legal background; and

2 having public administration background.

Essential Qualifications:

LL.M. or Master’s degree in a public administration related area with minimum 55% marks

Desired Qualification

1. Teaching/research experience

2. Research Publications

Tenure: 2 years (extendable to 3 years)

Emolument: Consolidated sum of Rs.20,000/- per month
