Planning Commission Internship
Applications for unpaid Summer Internship during May, 2014 to September, 2014 [any time period] are invited from interested and willing post-graduate and research students as well as under-graduate students (who have completed 2nd year of 3 or 4 years’ Degree Course), pursuing courses like Economics, Science, Humanities, Management, and Engineering etc. from various recognized Universities and Research Institutes in India and abroad to familiarize them with the overall process involved in the formulation of Five Year Plans and Annual Plans and their appraisal.
The details of the Summer Internship Scheme are available in the guidelines dated 7th January, 2014, on the Planning Commission website here.
The interested students may apply in the prescribed format along with documents mentioned in para-VII of the guidelines dated 7th January, 2014 latest by 15th April, 2014.

For the summer internship, are there any areas/sectors enlisted anywhere from where they can be chosen for the application.

I just wanted to know if this internship will be solely in Delhi? There is no mention of the location. Hence I am assuming it will be in Delhi. If this is a research internship, is there any scope for working from another city via internet?
How do you type in the form? Its in pdf format. It says only typed form shall be accepted.

secondly, if a law student pursuing in 2 year in its course but by the when this intern ship will begin he will be in 3 year, so in this case can student’s who are facing this type of difficult are able to apply for internship or not????
