Roles and Responsibilities:
- Legal research on social security and employment laws (e.g., Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace Act, Maternity Benefits Act, Minimum Wages Act, Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, etc).
- Conducting daily research on new circulars/amendments/notifications on labour laws.
- Preparation a summary of the latest developments and case laws.
