We take immense pleasure to open the Second edition of NUSRL’s Annual Fest- ULGULAN to be held from 2nd to 5th November, 2017.
Ulgulan brings with itself a multitude of events, celebrating the enthusiasm of the revolutionaries through various cultural, literary and sporting competitions.
The diversity of the fest will put to test the intellectual, oratory, artistic and creative skills of the participants against the best available in the student fraternity, while basking in the historical heritage of Jharkhand.
