NUALS Kochi’s PG Diploma Courses: Apply by July 10

Call for Applications

Applications in the prescribed form are invited for admission to the Post Graduate Diploma Courses in Medical Law and Ethics (PGDMLE) and Post Graduate Diploma Courses in Cyber Law (PGDCL).The number of seats for the courses shall be 50 for each course.

Duration of the Course

The courses will be spread over a period of one year with classes being held on holidays.

Qualification

The minimum qualification for admission to PGDMLE shall be a Bachelor’s Degree in any subject of a recognised University.

However, preference shall be given to those who possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any system of Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing, Pharmacy, Hospital Administration or a Bachelor’s Degree in Law recognized by NUALS.

The minimum qualification for admission to PGDCL shall be a Bachelor’s Degree in any stream or a Bachelor’s Degree in Law recognized by NUALS. Preference shall be given to those who possess a Degree in Law.

A Demand Draft for Rs 500/- (Rs 250/- for SC/ST students) drawn in favour of “THE REGISTRAR, THE NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ADVANCED LEGAL STUDIES” on any scheduled bank payable at Ernakulam, towards Registration Fee shall also be submitted along with the filled-in application form.

Deadline

The last date for receipt of filled in applications is 10th July, 2017.

Self attested copies of certificates to prove age, qualifications and experience shall be attached along with the application.

Each course will be conducted only if a minimum of 20 candidates join the course.

Incomplete applications and applications without Registration fee will be summarily rejected.

Fee

The fee prescribed for the course shall be:

Admission fee – Rs. 500/-

Tuition fee – Rs. 15,000/-

Examination fee – Rs. 1,000/-

Library fee – Rs. 2,000/-

Caution Deposit (Refundable) – Rs. 2,500/-
