About the Blog
The Constitutional Law Society NLUO’s blog is established with an endeavour to provide an accessible platform for contemporary constitutional discourse through a meticulous selection and editing process. This blog is a student-edited, peer-reviewed and a completely open-access blog maintained by the Constitutional Law Society, NLUO.
They are inviting posts from students, researchers, academicians, legal practitioners, and those who support the cause to further the objectives of CLS.
Indicative Themes
- The Ayodhya Judgement
- The NRC: A Case of Citizenship
- Habeas Corpus
- Article 370: The Curious Case of Jammu & Kashmir
- LGBTQIA+ Community
- Barring the above-mentioned themes, submissions on other topics shall be considered.
Submission Guidelines
- Interested authors are requested to send their submissions in .doc/.docx format to clssubmission [at] gmail.com.
- Submissions shall be reviewed on a rolling basis.
- Submissions should be precise and the maximum word limit is 1000 with no minimum cap (exclusive of endnotes).
- Authors must use endnotes and NOT footnotes.
- An article can be co-authored by a maximum of two people.
- The selected entries shall be published on the CLS NLUO blog.
NOTE: CLS follows a disciplined editorial review of the submissions received and exercises absolute discretion in accepting submissions.
