National Law University Odisha is hosting the 5th edition of the National Law University Odisha International Maritime Arbitration Moot, 2018 (NLUO-IMAM).

March 30th – April 1st, 2018.

About the Moot:
In this edition, the case study is based on maritime law pertaining to a charter-party dispute.
Dealing with the core maritime law issues, this edition provides participants with the opportunity to argue before an arbitral tribunal comprising of leading experts and practitioners in the concerned field of law.
This year’s proposition has been drafted by Prof. Proshanto Mukherjee (Prof. Emeritus, WMU / Dalian Law School / Lund Law Faculty) with the assistance of Mr. Pallab Das (Research Associate-cum-Teaching Asst., NLUO).
