Introduction
It is with great pleasure that NLU Jodhpur’s Centre for Competition Law and Policy is organizing a panel discussion on contemporary issues in Competition Law.
Dates
16th – 17th September, 2017.
Panel Discussion
The panel discussion will be spread over three segments dealing with the themes of “Emerging issues on dominance in competition law”, “Other contemporary issues of competition law in India”, and “Careers in Competition law”.
The panel will discuss various topics, ranging from “Big Data and Competition Law”, “Collective dominance” to “The scope of settlement in competition law”.

The panel constitutes an array of guest speakers who are all renowned experts in the field of competition law.
