About NLU Delhi Moot
The National Law University (NLU), Delhi, in collaboration with INSOL India and Society of Insolvency Practitioners of India (SIPI), supported by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) will be organising the first International Moot Court Competition on Insolvency in India.

Format of the NLU Delhi Moot
The format of the competition will be a mock corporate resolution and liquidation process.

Such a Joke the problem is! It is not even worth going for this moot with the glaring problems in it. Saddest example of a moot ever.
What does “Participation by invitation mean”? Does it mean that only selected colleges can participate or does it relate to the selection wrt the memorandums?
