The Centre for Intellectual Property Rights, Institute of Law, Nirma University is organizing Shrujan 2017 an IP Fest on 18th November, 2017.
The fest aims to bring the interface of Intellectual Property with cultural heritage of the country to the notice of the legal fraternity as well as other stakeholders by facilitating an academic discussion on Traditional Knowledge and Geographical Indication.
The University would be hosting renowned dignitaries from the industry and academia having expertise and knowledge in the aforementioned arena for an insightful panel discussion.
A carnival displaying registered Geographical Indications of Gujarat has been organized to showcase the aesthetics and the immense extravaganza of cultural heritage of the state.
A grandeur Folklore night for making the audience encounter the traditional beliefs and customs of vibrant Gujarat through the melodious voice of the singers is organized.
