A National Seminar on Corporate Governance and Sustainable Performance is being organised by Shailesh J Mehta School of Management (SJMSOM) Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in collaboration with Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) Mumbai.

Objectives
To address the issues related to various aspects of Corporate Governance, proposed seminar has been designed to focus on different dimensions of effective corporate governance, which in turn, leads to have a sustainable Corporate Governance.

Students, teachers, researchers, executives and professionals interested in this field will benefit from the national seminar on corporate governance as issues that will be addressed by the eminent scholars and corporate leaders.
