Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre (NPAC), was founded by the Palkhivala Foundation to preserve the values and ideals of Mr. Palkhivala, the renowned jurist, orator, author, diplomat and a statesman of exemplary character.
Aim
The NPAC aims to provide a world-class facility for arbitral proceedings as well as making it a centre of excellence in institutional arbitration in India.
