JOB POST: Corporate Lawyers for Compliance Executive Position @ Martand Legal Advisors, Hyderabad: Apply by June 5

Qualification: LLB

Exp: Minimum 6 Months to 1 year.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Companies Act 2013: Compliances under the provisions of the companies Act 2013 such as preparation of board resolutions, shareholders resolutions, filing of forms with the MCA, updation of register of members etc;
• FEMA Compliances: Preparation and filing of form FC-GPR, ARF, ECB and other statutory documents;
• Commercial Agreement: Drafting of commercial agreements such as Services agreement, franchise agreement, employment etc; and
• Other corporate compliances.

CTC: INR 1.50L to INR 2.00 L. per year.
