Work Profile
Writing Articles on Legal Issues, Legal Developments, Laws etc. (Devoid of Plagiarism) (Mainly on IPR Laws and Issues)
Legal Research on Laws, Legal Developments, Legal Propositions, etc., so as to be able to write articles on the basis of the research
Compiling, Preparing and Executing Monthly Newsletters for the Firm based on these Articles and other Information
Qualifications/Skills Required
The Person should be possessing a Law Degree (5 Year Course, 3 Year Course or any other Law Degree from an overseas country)
The person should excel at Legal Research and should be acquainted with Intellectual Property Laws
The person should excel at writing non-plagiarised, innovative Articles
Should be co-operative, willing to work in a diverse workspace with good understanding with colleagues
Specific Conditions of the Job
This position is open for a lawyer/ law degree holder, but is not a traditional opening for the work profile of an associate or litigating/corporate lawyer.
This position is specifically open for a type of work profile where the recruit will need to handle the ‘Newsletter’ work for the Law Firm, which includes Legal Research, Article Writing and preparing Newsletters on the basis of the said Articles for circulation.
Remuneration
Rs. 4,80,000/- per annum
Minimum Period of Association
The recruit cannot discontinue his/her employment with the firm before a period of 1 Year.
