Eligibility
- Candidates possessing a Five Year Integrated Law Degree from national law schools or premier institutions with 2 to 3 years of PQE can apply.
- Candidates are expected to demonstrate knowledge and practical skills in commercial law and domestic and international arbitration with impeccable drafting and research skills.
- Candidates must also have a prior work experience in a corporate/litigation chambers or firms.
Responsibilities
- The candidate will be responsible for legal research and drafting.
- The candidate will be responsible for trial and appellate court advocacy and corporate advisory.
- The candidate will also get an opportunity to act as a Counsel, Tribunal Secretary and Assistant to the Tribunal in Domestic and International Arbitrations.
Salary
The candidate will be eligible for competitive remuneration subject to qualification and prior experience.
