Eligibility for the position of a Junior Associate
- The candidate must be a law graduate.
- The candidate must be proficient in English.
- The candidate must have a good understanding of drafting applications, petitions, complaints before various forum/courts.
- The candidate must be good in research.
Eligibility for the position of an Associate
- The candidate must be a law graduate and hold a minimum PQE of 2 years in litigation.
- The candidate must be enrolled with the Bar Council.
- The candidate must be proficient in English.
- The candidate must have a good understanding of drafting applications, petitions, complaints before various forum/courts.
- The candidate must hold the knowledge of RERA Courts and consumer courts.
Salary
As per the experience of the candidate and industry standards.
