About the job:
Introduction:
- Applications are invited from individuals having 1-2 years of Post Qualification Experience for the position of an Associate in RPV Legal.
- Candidates are expected to demonstrate knowledge and practical skills in commercial law and domestic and international arbitration with impeccable drafting and research skills. Prior work experience in a corporate/litigation chambers or firm is required.
- Candidates possessing a Five Year Integrated Law Degree from premier institutions will be preferred.
Work Profile:
- Legal Research and Drafting.
- Trial and Appellate Court Advocacy and Corporate Advisory.
- Opportunity to act as Counsel, Tribunal Secretary and Assistant to the Tribunal in Domestic and International Arbitrations.
Location:
New Delhi, India.
Remuneration:
Subject to qualification and prior experience – Rs. 40,000- 60,000/month exclusive of performance-based bonuses.
