Job description
Position: Legal Associate
- Handling litigation (Writs, Arbitration matters, IBC and White-Collar crimes) matters independently including arguing in Courts and briefing Senior Counsels.
- Pan-India travel for litigation matters.
- Trademark filing and litigation.
Eligibility
At least 1-year experience in drafting, vetting, revising of corporate contracts and agreements.
