We are recruiting college managers (CMs) for the batch of July-December, 2014!
The fantastic news is that last batch of the ‘college managers’ we had was the first really successful college manager program we had.
The previous batches were good too, but organizational difficulties in managing 150+ strong teams inadvertently made for a hotch-potch of 6 months. We rarely could get much work done.
But this, time, we managed to get hold of the secret sauce Yummy!
This time, we had fun! CMs learnt a lot. They developed ‘contacts’ and ‘skills’ hitherto unknown to them.
This time, we had competitions! CMs earned a lot of money too.
It was a successful program, for Lawctopus as a website and for CMs as individuals. Of course, we have a lot to improve upon!
This is what some of our college managers had to say!
–
Devesh Saxena from Allahabad University: Well, it was ‘one of its kind’ experience to work with Lawctopus. Every new task was a great learning experience. At least I have developed many contacts and convincing skills. I wish there were few more tasks towards the end! Nevertheless, I will be applying next year too and I wish to be the part to Lawctopus team again!
–
Nupur Walia of UILS, Punjab University: Well, big thank you, guys. You’ve really acknowledged us so amazingly. Thanks TANUJ & NEAATI for brainstorming all those tasks. I’m glad you encourage us to apply next time too. I’d personally love to do that.
–
Ritesh Singh from Bharati Vidyapeeth’s New Law College, Pune: It was a nice experience associating with you. I got happiness out of this because of the creative nature of work…something which I as a manager had not expected. The tasks were different and were interesting. The FaculTea and internships I count in my top tasks.
–
Mohona Thakur from ILS, Pune: Thank you very much. It was great working with you guys. I thoroughly enjoyed myself.
