UCC is a must ,otherwise introduce some harsh punishments according to sharia law,like beheading,stoning,clogging,etc.

Mera Bharat Mahan.but our Indian constitution not says to changes other religious matter.any body have freedom to live.if it is problem to perticular people u should take opinions from them if they complaint about it then only u changes.but we are NOT AGREE WITH GOVERNMENT TO CHANGE IN OUR RELIGIOUS RULES.

Sub.: Opinion about Uniform Civil Code

Sir,

India is the largest democratic country where people of different religions and beliefs resolve their religious matters independently as per the Constitutional rights given to them. As citizens, they are given the freedom of breathing in open air in an independent country. Considering the democratic and religious background of this country, don’t you think that the opinion you have sought for Uniform Civil Code is against the soulful characteristic of freedom given to every religion? Is this not a direct interference in the religious matters of Indian citizens? At a time when our country is facing so many external conflicts, don’t you think asking for opinion on such laws may become a reason for anarchy in the country?
We, signed hereunder, are completely satisfied with our religious matters and with the constitution of our country. We don’t need any such acts which bring out our internal matters for the adornment of external marketplace and/or find a way to interfere in our religious matters. We love our religion and our constitution doesn’t only provide us the right to live in this country while practicing our religion but also ensures its protection and we are proud of it. As an honorable Justice, you must be knowing the delicacy of this matter in a much better way. We believe that with your thoughtful approach, you will put in your best efforts to protect the democratic values of this country and defend the opinions of its citizens.
We want Muslim Personal Law.

uniform civil code should be apply to all citizen of a country. This is necessary to impart oneness among them. UCC eliminate discrimination among citizen.There will less religion conversions,polygamy

भारत की धरती प्राचीन समय से न्याय की धरती रही है। यहां के महापुरुष हमेशा न्याय स्थापित करने में मानवता के संरक्षण में कालंतर से सहियोग करते आये हैं । हमारे पुरातन भारतीय सभ्यता में जो महिलाओं को माता का अधिकार दिया गया है। इतिहास गवाह है कि जिन राजाओं ने महिलाओं पर अत्याचार किया जबरन उनके इच्छा के विरुद्ध उनके अधिकार को अतिक्रमण करने का प्रयास किया वे इतिहास में दागदार स्थान प्राप्त किए हैं । उन्हें किसी न किसी रूप में दंडित जरूर किया गया । लेकिन आज के हमारे कुछ स्वार्थी राजनेता धर्मनिरपेक्षता के ओट में कुछ विशेष समुदाय को रिझाने के उद्देश्य से पौराणिक भारतीय सभ्यता कलंकित के अभियान में भीड़े हुए हैं । भारतीय इतिहास उन्हें कतई नहीं माफ करेगा।

ये देश भारत है यहाँ कोई एक धर्म के लोग नहीं बसता यहाँ अनेक धर्म को मानने बाला है ।सबिधान सभी को अपने धर्म पे चलने का आजादी दिया है।न की बीजेपी आरएसएस के कहने पर चलना है। कुरान से बड़ा कानून की कोई किताब नहीं इस दुनिया मै।

I love India . Its my country. I born hear and love to buried hear.But apart from this our strength is Unity in diversity. Islamic Sharia Law is not just law for muslims, but it is like following commandments of Prophet Muhammad saleylahu Alayhiwassalam. And every individual in India has basic right to follow the things which causes no harm to other. Freedom of religion is necessary unless its troubles others. I am against uniform civil code.

It’s our fundamental rights to practice our religion in India. And India is a multirational country so it’s our freedom to practice our religion and it’s law. So this common law should not be implemented
