Job Description
A position of Associate/Advocate (2-5 Year Experience)
The candidate should have a good knowledge of drafting &understanding Proposed Initial Public Offering (IPO) requirement of the SEBI ICDR Regulation, Conducting legal diligence on the affairs of the Company and other activity directly incidental thereto, FPO, Preferential Allotment, ADR, GDR, Public offering and litigation and having PQE (2-5Y)
Location: Mumbai
